This Privacy Policy is provided by RobotsAreComing BV (Chamber of Commerce / KvK: [pending], VAT: [pending]), Oudezijds Voorburgwal 97-C, 1012EL Amsterdam, the Netherlands (“QuickStyleAI,” “we,” “us”), as the data controller for the personal data described herein. It applies to the website www.quickstyleai.com and the services provided through it.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch implementing legislation. You may contact our data protection contact at privacy@quickstyleai.com.
1. What Data We Collect and Why
We collect personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. The provision of certain data (name, email, payment information) is necessary to enter into and perform our contract with you. If you do not provide this data, we cannot provide the Service.
2. Data We Collect
2.1. Account & Profile Data
We collect: name, email address (from Google OAuth), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers). We receive your name and email from Google when you authenticate; we do not receive or store your Google password.
2.2. Usage & Technical Data
We collect aggregated and de-identified usage data (page views, feature usage, error logs) to improve the Service. We do not use third-party analytics cookies. Technical data includes IP address, browser type, and device information collected in server logs.

QuickStyleAI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3.3. AI Image Processing Data Flows
When you use the Service to generate AI Edits, your data flows through the following infrastructure:
- Input Images: Uploaded images are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Images are encrypted at rest and in transit.
- AI Processing: Images are transmitted to Modal GPU compute infrastructure for AI inference and image generation. Images are processed in ephemeral GPU sessions and are not retained on Modal infrastructure after processing completes.
- Metadata & Account Data: Account information, generation metadata (timestamps, prompt parameters, generation status), and usage records are stored in a Turso (LibSQL) database.
- Output Images: Generated AI Edits are stored in Cloudflare R2 and made available to you through the Service.
Input photos and AI Edits are retained for the duration of your account, and are permanently deleted when you delete your account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Restrictions on Data Use
- Model Training: Neither Customer Content (input photos, prompts) nor AI Edits (images generated by the Service) will be used to train or retrain QuickStyleAI’s or any third party’s generative models without the Customer’s explicit opt-in consent. QuickStyleAI will not use photographs uploaded by you to train its algorithms for generative artificial intelligence or marketing purposes unless prior written consent is received.
- Operational Use: QuickStyleAI may process Customer Content and AI Edits solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, and to comply with law and the Policies.
2.4. Sharing Your Data
We share personal data only with the sub-processors listed below and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell personal data.
We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. Where legally permitted, we will notify you before making such a disclosure.
2.5. Sub-processors and International Data Transfers
QuickStyleAI uses the following sub-processors to deliver the Service. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer mechanism is listed.

QuickStyleAI may add or replace sub-processors and will update this list accordingly. Material changes to sub-processors will be communicated via updates to this Privacy Policy.
3. Automated Decision-Making
QuickStyleAI does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. AI image generation is performed at your direction and does not involve profiling or automated decision-making as defined under GDPR Article 22.
4. Cookies
QuickStyleAI uses essential cookies only. These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be disabled.
- Session Authentication Cookies: Managed via Better Auth to maintain your authenticated session. These cookies are set when you log in and expire when you log out or after a period of inactivity.
QuickStyleAI does not use marketing cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required because only essential cookies are used, in accordance with GDPR Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
5. Data Protection, Security, Deletion
Security
QuickStyleAI maintains administrative, technical, and organizational measures described in the Security Policy. This includes encryption in transit and at rest.
Measures taken to protect data include:
- Security software, including virus scanners.
- TLS secured connections for secure connection between servers and your device.
- The DKIM, SPF, and DMARC internet standards to protect email traffic.
Retention & Deletion
Input photos and AI Edits are retained for the duration of the account, and are permanently deleted when the account is deleted. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — deleted images and account data cannot be recovered or restored. Customer may request earlier deletion at any time.

Information may be retained longer if required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
Security Incident Notice
QuickStyleAI will notify the Customer without undue delay, and in any event within seventy-two (72) hours after confirming a Security Incident affecting Customer Personal Data. Such notice will include, to the extent then known, a description of the incident, categories of data affected, and remedial measures taken or proposed. QuickStyleAI will provide reasonable cooperation and updates as information becomes available.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You are the owner of your information and have the following rights regarding its treatment by QuickStyleAI, as stated by the GDPR:

Right of access: Entitled to receiving a copy of all processed personally identifiable information (PII) related to you.

Right to rectification: Entitled to have any PII you provided corrected or adjusted if the information is incorrect.

Right to erasure: Entitled to having some or all PII gathered by QuickStyleAI erased at your request.

Right to restriction of processing: Entitled to QuickStyleAI stopping the processing of relevant PII if it is incorrect, unlawful, no longer necessary according to the privacy policy, and/or when you object to the processing (objection is only valid if there is no essential reason for QuickStyleAI to process the information).

Right to data portability: The right to transfer processed PII to another party.

Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing emails), you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Right to Object
You have the separate right to object to QuickStyleAI processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you file an objection, QuickStyleAI is required to immediately halt the processing of said information for that purpose.
Right to Complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The lead supervisory authority for QuickStyleAI is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority), PO Box 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague, the Netherlands — autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
7. Opting Out
For extra services provided beyond the core functionality, such as newsletters or customer satisfaction surveys, you may opt out at any point. For email contact, you can use the link at the bottom of any email to change your preferences, or you can opt out of additional communication and services in your account settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
QuickStyleAI reserves the right to make changes to its privacy policy. When changes occur, you will be notified at least two weeks in advance of the changes taking effect. If you do not agree with the new policy, you are free to withdraw your consent within the given time period.
